The renovation and expansion of Strata Decision Technology’s headquarter offices features an interstitial stair, new workspace, and an amenity refresh. Both the office build-out and stair installation required substantial MEP rework to accommodate the new floor plan. The installation of the stair required extensive design and structural steel modification as well as new structural supports for the high-rise building and ornamental metals.
