Builtech is working with Fiduciary Real Estate Development to develop Season sat North Aurora in North Aurora, IL. This project started in late September 2022 and onsists of 260-unit apartment community featuring 13 buildings with 20 luxurious rental apartments varying in size and style. The garden-inspired community offers individual entries with a variety of apartments including studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, & three-bedroom townhome-style apartments. The rental interiors include expansive floor plans with hardwood-style flooring, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and spacious 9’ ceilings. The clubhouse includes offices, cardio and weightlifting equipment in the fully equipped 24-hour fitness center, spacious and inviting recreation room, outdoor BBQ, and a large outdoor swimming pool.
