Builtech worked with Holladay Properties as General Contractor to build two, four-story ground-up hotels simultaneously, with wood structures being fully panelized in a factory prior to build. One property includes 124 rooms (45,000 SF) and the other property includes 116 rooms (43,000 SF). Both projects were completed turn-key ready, including all finishes.
