Builtech is working with Fiduciary Real Estate Development to develop Seasons at Hoffman Estates in Hoffman Estates, IL. This project started in October 2022 and consists of 296-unit apartment community featuring 8 buildings ranging from 31 to 43 luxurious rental apartments varying in size and style. The 1st and 2nd floor of each building offers individual unit entries with a variety of apart-ments including studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three bedrooms. 3rd floors of each building are comprised of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units that are accessed through a common corridor and stairwells. The rental interiors include expansive floor plans with hardwood-style flooring, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and spacious 9’ ceilings. The clubhouse includes offices, cardio and weightlifting equipment in the fully equipped 24-hour fitness center, spacious and inviting recreation room, outdoor BBQ, and a large outdoor swimming pool.
