As Builtech Services' Vice President of Commercial projects, Jason leads, develops, and drives initiatives for the Commercial division of the firm. With over twenty years of experience in the construction industry, Jason takes great pride in his responsibility for managing his team, achieving business objectives, meeting customer commitments, and delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
Jason joined our team in 2017 and continuously demonstrates exceptional project management skills in handling various types of projects, including ground-up constructions and tenant build-outs for renowned national retailers, grocery, auto and c-store chains, educational institutions, and more.
With a proven track record of successfully delivering multi-million dollar projects, Jason attributes his success to establishing effective lines of communication among the field team, design team, and clients. He believes in fostering collaboration and surpassing partner expectations by proactively identifying potential field issues, resolving engineering challenges, and providing valuable value-engineering recommendations. Throughout the project lifecycle, Jason remains supportive to his clients by offering cost control metrics, maintaining schedules, and ensuring a smooth closeout turnover process.
