Builtech teamed up with RPAI (Retail Properties of America, Inc) to convert an old Toys ‘R Us store into a TJX Combo store, consisting of a 25,000 SF TJ Maxx and a 25,000 SF HomeGoods. The interior was completely demolished along with the front façade. The scope of work consisted of building out the new interior and constructing two new main entry facades.
