In the heart of Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood, Riverfront Plaza is a classic 300,000 SF urban strip-center. Builtech was engaged by the original developer of the site to assist with its repositioning. With more than thirty operating tenants, the re-positioning project required detailed phasing and coordination with the City of Chicago and the existing tenants to ensure safe and fluid pedestrian and vehicular traffic.
