Builtech partnered with SITE Centers to create a retail space spanning 45,000 SF in an existing shopping center. The project involved the complete interior demolition of the existing area, followed by the division of the space into two separate entities. Builtech then undertook the interior buildout for the HomeSense space as well as the front façade work for the Total Wine. In addition, Builtech added a convenient loading dock to the HomeSense space and also delivered new electrical services to the Total Wine location.
