Located in Chicago’s Avondale neighborhood, Builtech completed the 128,000 SF site development project with ground-up and TI construction for the large anchor, Ross Dress for Less and the junior retail anchor, Petco. There were several infrastructure upgrades required to complete the project including a new underground storm water collection system and street resurfacing.
