Builtech worked with Frew Development to redevelop the Westdale Mall in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The project consisted of converting a two-story 100,000 square foot Von Maur and a 120,000 square foot Yonkers in to multi-tenant buildings, a ground-up 40,000 square foot turn-key Burlington, a ground up 20,000 square foot turn-key Petsmart, various tenant buildouts, and extensive façade work.
