Bultech joined forces with IPM and Ware Malcomb for a significant tenant build out project that included the renovation of a 33,000 SF, three-story office space. IPM aimed to create a new corporate office by completely transforming the layout, introducing new finishes, and enhancing the mechanical systems. The collaboration between Bultech and IPM resulted in a modern, customized workspace that perfectly reflects IPM’s vision for their corporate headquarters.
