Builtech partnered with Lormax Stern in conjunction with Rogvoy Architects on this 64,000 SF Planet Fitness renovation including demo, interior remodel and brand new façade for an existing Planet Fitness in the Evergreen Plaza in the south suburbs of Chicago. Builtech was brought in to address issues with the building after years of neglect. With the original building being built in the 50’s, major renovations needed to take place to allow this structure to bebrought up to standards for both safety and aesthetics.
