Builtech partnered with Atlantic Aviation on a 70,000 SF ground-up private aviation project in Concord, Massachusetts. This complex project is being built in conjunction with the Pine Hill Redevelopment team and its members from Massport, UDA Architects, VHB Engineers, BER Engineers, Mc Ardle Gannon & Associates, Bradberry Construction Management Services, the Town of Concord and several trusted subcontractors. Builtech was brought on-board to redevelop this parcel of land on Hanscom Field that includes 60K square-feet of hangar space, 15K square-feet of office space, 5K square-feet maintenance building and additional ramp space.
