Builtech partnered with L3 Capitol on this 12,000 SF, 2-story, 3-tenant, ground-up project. This building is a steel frame structure with all new infrastructure including power, gas, water, sanitary, and sprinkler suppression with a fire pump and an elevator. This was a zero-lot-line project requiring special coordination and logistics for deliveries as well as public safety. In addition to building the shell, Builtech also completed the tenant build-out for the 2,150 SF Bareburger restaurant on the first floor.
