Builtech partnered with Plaza Street Partners to build an Andy’s Frozen Custards in La Grange Park, IL. This 2,078 SF ground up project included a full existing parking lot demolition, site utilities, and multiple different site structures. The building was a mixed structure made up of a concrete foundation system, steel structure, wood framing, and CMU block walls. Two unique features are the patio canopy at the front elevation that captures your attention from the street, and a full storefront system at the front of house for customers to watch their treat being made right in front of them.
