Builtech partnered with QuikTrip and Lickel Architecture on a 8,200 SF ground up fueling facility in Addison, Illinois. This C-store project is located in a prime location on Swift Road. Our team is thrilled to grow our relationship with QuikTrip and will be part of their expansion constructing new facilities throughout the Midwest and throughout the nation. Complex projects like this prove to be challenging. This site not only contained a large quantity of haul off materials, a unique underground detention configuration, a large underground fueling component, but also had off-site work in the public way. Builtech looks at this as an opportunity to provide our client with value engineering and guide them every step of the way.
