    Shops on Naper Boulevard

    Naperville, IL

Builtech partnered with Thompson Thrift Retail Group to construct an impressive development encompassing a brand new 35,000 SF national grocer building and an adjacent multi-tenant retail space of 10,000 SF. The vacant Ford dealership, parking lot and underground utilities were demolished allowing the project team to completely transform the space for TTRG. The modern design boasts a range of finishes, including corrugated metal wall panels, phenolic panels, precast walls, and a Mapes Canopy on the grocer building. The multi-tenant building includes finishes, such as corrugated metal wall panels, phenolic panels, cast stone, thin brick, prefabricated metal canopies, and Quik-Brik. The project incorporated new drive lanes on all four sides of the property, including a private drive, a city road, a county road, and a state road. This comprehensive approach to the project ensured that the development was thoroughly planned, meticulously executed, and finished to the highest standard.
