Services: Design/Build Delivery of MEP/FP Systems; Schedule Development and Tracking; General Contracting Services; Illinois State Fire Marshall Interface for Diesel Storage Tank Permitting
All of the existing critical mechanical and electrical systems were upgraded to a N+1 or greater configuration with concurrent maintainability. Data Center Suites utilize 48” raised floors, power efficient lighting and CFD modeling for under-floor cable tray/power designs. Core and shell upgrades included the replacement of 250,000 square feet of roofing, building lightning protection and grounding system, new EIFS finish on the exterior cavity wall, site parking lots, and extensive power and fiber concrete duct banks.
