Builtech partnered with Cantrell & Morgan to complete the renovation and expansion of the Gateway Plaza Shopping Center in Sumter, SC. The scope of work consisted of a ground up ROSS Dress for Less and Ulta, along with an interior build-out for Five Below. There was 32,000 SF of new construction and 10,000 SF of remodeled space. In addition, both TJ Maxx and Five Below received new facades. Builtech completed this project ahead of schedule while working in an active shopping center and through the Holiday Season.
