Builtech partnered with Academy Sports + Outdoors (ASO) to convert a Marsh Grocery store into an Academy Sports + Outdoor. The Westfield, IN retail location is their flagship store in the Indianapolis region. The scope of work consisted of building out the new interior and constructing a new entry façade with canopy. The existing floor conditions proved to be in rough shape and required lot of work to utilize existing terrazzo and new concrete slab. The new store includes fitness area, hunting counter and a camping area as the main attractions. Builtech has worked directly with ASO in Westfield, IN and Peoria, IL and looks forward to working on more projects across the country.
