Builtech partnered with ACTS Retirement – Life Communities on theThe Oak Bridge Terrace Assisted Living Residences remodel in conjunction with Bluewater Design Build. ACTS the third largest not-for-profit owner, operator, and developer of continuing care retirement communities in the United States and operates 27 communities throughout the East Coast. This project included an extensive remodel and complete overhaul of a 30-year-old building consisting of memory care, assisted living units, and a wellness center.
