Builtech partnered with Fitness International in conjunction with Studio 222 on this interior build out in Naperville on Route 59. The building was originally constructed as a Dominick’s Food Store in the 90’s and was divided into 2 independent commercial spaces. LA Fitness occupied approximately half of the original building and Builtech coordinated with the base building contractor and LA Fitness vendors to provide a turn key project for operations. Complete with all the amenities, this club includes men’s & women’s saunas, steam rooms, spas, showers, spacious locker areas, lap pool, dedicated aerobics, cycling, high impact rooms and a central work out area.
