Builtech partnered with HTA, now HRT (Healthcare Realty Trust), on four medical office building (MOB) projects. Two projects were spec suites, complete with MEPs and finishes. They were turnkey projects completed simultaneously and run by the same project team. The other MOB project was a build out per tenant drawings and was also a two suite project that shared an employee breakroom. Builtech expanded the building functionality, met the requirements for patient drop off, and made the building space more astetically appealing for a medical office space.
