Patten Cat opened a new facility in Wauconda, IL to accommodatetheir expanding presence in the northwest area of Chicago including Lakeand McHenry counties. The 11,945 SF precast and steel structure features a 2,000 SF mezzanine. Builtech also redeveloped the 9.54-acre site including the installation of afenced storage yard, utilities, and detention basins.
