Builtech has successfully completed multiple Goddard School build outs throughout the Chicagoland area for national developers including Intercontinential Development, Primax Properties, and Mosaic Properties and Development. After receiving recommendations from Goddard’s Construction Manager, Mark Cameron, Builtech has worked in conjunction with Sorce Architecture and Jefferson Browne Gresham Architects, Inc. on a combination of ground-up construction and tenant build outs ranging in size from 9,500-10,700 SF. The Goddard Schools are designed to accommodate different age groups, offering diverse classrooms, food service areas, and play spaces.
