Relationships Matter. Builtech's partnership with Fiduciary Real Estate Development began in 2019 with Seasons at Randall Road in West Dundee, IL. The success of this project, coupled with strong relationships with FRED, ag Architecture, HKM Architects+Planners, Manhard Consulting, and trusted subcontractors, has established Builtech as the preferred general contractor for several multifamily projects, including Seasons of Romeoville, Plainfield, North Aurora, and Hoffman Estates in Illinois.
Commencing in October 2022, Seasons at Hoffman Estates features a 296-unit apartment community across 8 buildings, offering 31 to 43 luxurious rental apartments of varying sizes and styles. Each building's 1st and 2nd floors provide individual unit entries with studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom options.
The rental interiors boast expansive floor plans with hardwood-style flooring, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and spacious 9’ ceilings. The clubhouse includes a fully equipped 24-hour fitness center, inviting recreation room, outdoor BBQ, and a large swimming pool.
With the successful turnover of the Clubhouse and the first two Apartment buildings (Buildings C and A), Builtech anticipates the turnover of Building B by mid-February. Building F, having received permanent power from ComEd, is slated for turnover in early-April after final cleaning and inspection.
