growth across all of Builtech’s key verticals and areas of operation. Phil works with local, regional, and national
clientele specializing in Retail, Multifamily, Education, Office, Hospitality, and Industrial development. Phil thrives
on Builtech’s entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to doing what’s right.
Phil first began working for his own
company, Wesbury Landscaping, LLC, in 2004. Upon selling his company in 2010 Phil
took a position at Denison Landscaping as a Design Build Project Manager. Phil returned to school in the fall of 2012,
earning his BA in Business and Sustainability at Arizona state University in three years. Upon graduation he moved to
Chicago to lead the Business Development Efforts for BrightView Landscaping. As a key staff member of the Nation’s
largest landscape services company, with sales of over $2 billion annually, Phil was a part of private equity firm KKR’s
successful effort to organize and grow that organization’s business in the Midwest and the Chicago region in particular.

He collaborates with each party to not only maintain, but to also exceed partner expectations by identifying potential field issues, solving engineering challenges, and offering value-engineering recommendations. Jason is also supportive to his clients throughout a project’s life-cycle providing cost control metrics, schedule maintenance, and closeout turnover.

Jonathan has been a Builtech team member since 2007. Over the course of his building career, he has grown into a seasoned manager and leader through his roles as superintendent, estimator and project manager. He has completed hundreds of retail projects across all regions of the country, working for developers, REIT’s and retailers directly. After a decade of working for Builtech in Chicago,Jonathan relocated to Charlotte in 2017 to launch and manage the company’s regional Southeast Office. Jonathan’s strong leadership, organizational and administrative skills continue to drive him to manage high quality projects.
Jonathan's role has evolved once again, as he will now oversee all aspects of talent strategy and vision including hiring and building teams, career development, training, mentoring, leadership and engagement, safety and people operations.
