Having built thousands of projects for repeat clients, including retail, education, industrial, hospitality, multi-unit residential and more. Builtech has established itself as a consistent, reliable, dedicated and service-focused partner to many of the country’s preeminent developers, REITs and owners.
Builtech’s contractor relationships have been integral to the team’s sustained success. As part of the Builtech team, each contractor understands the importance of Builtech’s Core Values and the priority of relationships (Clients, Contractors, Colleagues and the Community). Many of Builtech’s subcontractors have been partners since inception.
Builtech’s success in building relationships starts at home. As part of the new-hire interview process, each prospective Builtech employee is given a writing exercise to evaluate their appreciation and adherence to the team’s Core Values. Builtech team members utilize the Core Values as their beacon to navigate through the innumerable challenges that arise through the course of a project.
Builtech’s Outreach Committee’s mission is to ensure that Builtech’s success is shared with the communities in which we work. Each Builtech team member is strongly encouraged to participate in the team’s quarterly community outreach events, building and nurturing relationships within our community.
